This is the worst experience I have ever had in getting an item delivered. Ever.

Period. I do not understand how they are still in business. Everything is wrong, from the total lack of flexibility in hours of delivery (essentially 9 to 5 to get ready to take multiple days off), to the inability to deliver on the day they scheduled, to the total lack of care, follow up or customer service. Guys are rude and impolite (calling you "buddy" and "dude").

They were supposed to deliver a $1,600 worse futon and mattress. The product they dropped in front of me was entirely destroyed. Mattress was ripped open over 10-12 inches, literally gutted open. Frame and legs of the futon were twisted, broken, cracked, dented, or fractures in many places.

They smashed the products so bad that even the tiny pouched of "humi-dri' bids that prevent excessive humidity in the package had blown up and released thousands of potentially hazardous and mildly toxic silicate bids in my apartment. The delivery guys did not give a *** what-so-ever even though the packages were evidently scratched and ripped half-open. After trying to call dozens of times (I am not exaggerating) I could not get a hold of anyone. 25 ring tones later a lady would pick up, immediately put me on hold and then it would just hand up.

I left voice mails etc. Nobody cared. After a few days, I eventually managed to schedule them to come pick up the damaged products to return it to the company I purchased them from. Seeing how they handled them made my heart sank even though I couldn't care less about the wrecked items at that points.

They threw stuff in the truck, you could hear the wood break even more. That particular guys gave me some "dude", "man" and mumbling the whole time. In fact, he called me a few minutes before coming because he was running late (I guess 8am to 12.30pm is not wide enough of a time frame) and I thought that was a wrong number or a prank because his first sentence literately was "Yo, dude, I'm late, you guys still at your place?". Finally, I took a third half day off today since they were scheduled to deliver the replacement product this "morning" between 9am and 1 pm.

At 11 am I receive a call from a lady who does not even introduce herself and, in a simple sentence, tells me that the product isn't here (their warehouse I'm assuming?) and they have to reschedule the delivery... Delivery is scheduled between 5 and 7pm. My bet is they'll come around 7.30pm, be rude, and the product will be as destroyed as it was last time. I'll be happy to update my review if it isn't.

So far, I had to take 3 half-days off, vacuum thousands of tiny transparent bids in my place, deal with rude careless personal for a $1,600 worth item that, incidentally, I still do not have!! (I am posting this on September 5th, product was ordered on August 5th).

Reason of review: Poor customer service, problem with delivery, damaged shipment, rude, not on time, inconvinient.
