Same complaint as others-no update online for shipment, no calls. Start to call myself and find that the Sony TV is sitting in the warehouse here, but the Mickey Mouse Gulf Coast Express won't be in my area for 2 more days.
I'm 10 miles from their warehouse. When I complained to Gulf Coast they said it's all Sony's fault. Finally arranged to pick up TV myself.
Will also be calling Sony to see what gives. I think as soon as the main carriers pass the freight on to these secondary lines the problems begin.
