I ordered a TV from Costco it took them 2 days to send it out to full fulfillment and was surprised that I hadnt gotten a tacker number yet. I called customer service and they told me that it was being shipped by Ceva and I should get a confirmation and tracking number soon.

The next day I got the tracking number with a delivery date. My delivery date was 7 days later which I thought was excessive, but kept checking to see where it was at everyday. On my scheduled delivery date it still showed it being in transit!!! I called Ceva and they gave me 2 different numbers to call and finally talked to someone who didnt have a clue where it was.

She gave me another number and told me to wait till after 3 to call...... What a Joke and what is wrong with costco using this company. I even took the day off to receive my TV...

that was dumb of me for sure.

The public should have many more complaints due to the fact that ceva in Lewisville,Tx only hire temporary employees from an employment agency. Most temps only worked with ceva for less than two months and ceva find a reason to replace them with another. They let go of their company employees so that they can keep the money in their pockets...What a horrible company

They do that at ALL of their locations! They're so cheap and sketchy that they only bring in temps and keep them as temps, doesn't matter how long you've worked you butt off I was a temp there for a year and there were other temps there longer than that when I worked there!! What a *** way to treat human beings that just want to be treated equally and fairly

OR don't be such a scrub! i got hired directly into CEVA due to my prior knowledge of logistics and resume with contacts to confirm my worthiness.

If you weren't such a big group of communistic idealist unskilled monkeys than you would be able to form a career outside of temp agencies. THEY take your money, not CEVA.

I'm afraid to say that becoming a CEVA employee is only slightly better, but only due to receiving benefits. In my case, I was a full time employee at another company before the operation was sold off to them.

In my four years there, I have seen employee profit sharing and education assistance (aka: tuition reimbursement) disappear. They also love to screw around with our work schedules. One shift works two 12 hour days followed by a 12 hour overnight, which screws up peoples' bodies. Oh, and our main facility our former employer sold to CEVA was 100% air-conditioned.

The new places are not--just the break rooms and office spaces. People are passing out on the floor despite the company-provided water and "Big *** Fans" (that's their real name) running.

In summary, CEVA seems to be taking advantage of a down job market and exploiting its employees. (By the way, this is not some business-hostile liberal writing this; I'm somewhere between conservative and libertarian.) If the job market ever recovers, CEVA will be at a crossroads where they will have to actually treat employees better in order to keep them or go out of business.

I encourage anyone that gets outsourced to this company to not waste any time in finding a new employer.
