Package not still not here
My package has been in Phoenix, AZ US since Sept. 10 2025, they had no clue it was there, no updates on shipping, web search indicates everybody has problems with them.

Convey my experience with CEVA
- - Generator ordered $1,175.93 on 4/3/25; rural delivery.
- - First two attempts cited low branches; third was at the wrong house; driver left.
I ordered a generator on 4/3/25 ($1,175.93). I am retired.
We live in a very rural area. I was home on each delivery attempt, the driver did not call even though it was specified in the delivery instructions to call when they arrived at the property. CEVA's 1st & 2nd attempt said, "undeliverable due to low-hanging branches". The 3rd attempt the driver was at the wrong house (2 houses before mine).
I was standing face to face talking to him, he refused to drop the generator where we were so I could load it on my dolly & he refused to walk to my driveway to see the driveway was clear. All of a sudden in the middle of our conversation, he got in his truck and drove off. I called the supervisor at least 50 times and each time it went to voice mail. I called back with my # blocked, the supervisor answered & immediately hung up on me.
CEVA sent a message stating I refused delivery. The pictures show a UPS box truck & a huge dump truck through the same driveway the day before. The other pictures walk you from the main road to the requested drop point. It can be hard to see in the pictures but, look close & you will see the low-hanging branches are just off to the side & past the driveway.
This is the absolute worst co. I have ever done business with. I would give it a zero if i could. The driver was like talking to a pre-recorded robot.
No sense of reason or logic. Customer service was so frustrating I just wanted to scream. Bottom line is, from this day forward, if I order anything from a co. I will ask if CEVA is going to be the deliverer.
If they are I will cancel the order & use another co.
that does NOT use CEVA. I WILL NEVER USE CEVA AGAIN, EVER!!!

Hands down the worst logistics company that has ever been used. Paid for first flight out shipping.
Was supposed to be delivered the next day. Shipment says it is still in the original location. No one answers phones. When they do answer, they tell you they can't help you and give you a different phone number that is either disconnected, is a fax number, or just rings endlessly.
Would give a 0 if it was possible. Website does not give you a customer service phone number, yet they claim that they pride themselves on communication between their team and their customer.

Initially I was concerned that the company I had bought a sofa bed from was using CEVA for delivery, given all the negative reviews. I had a perfect experience with them.
The sofa bed was shipped from NJ on Jan 9th. I got an automated call from CEVA to set up a delivery time in Reno NV on the 16th. The sofa 1st had to make its way to SF before heading to NV. It arrived on time, just 1.5 hours into the delivery window.
Amando provided white glove service and was a pleasure to spend time with.
He did an excellent and careful job getting the sofa into my home and assembling it on the spot. I couldn't be happier with the service that I received.

the delivery process was very inconvenient and not customer friendly. First there was a big time window of delivery which makes it difficult for someone who has to work from a non remote position.
Secondly, there is no communication in the delivery process between amazon and your company. I called amazon the morning of to confirm if there was an ETA and they said CEVAs policies was to call 30 min before arrival and they also wrote down another phone number in case I didnt answer. nonetheless, I still missed my delivery because I left for 5 min to go to my work office which is less than 10 min from my house after being at home for the majority of the day. I received a call and called immediately back and the CEVA customer representative said the driver had left, was already far from my house, and had waited 15 min.
I checked the cameras in my home and that was false by looking at the camera times the driver didn't even wait 5 min.
on top of all that I received the two couches and one of them was damaged and the other one stained. It has been a very stressful process for a very expensive couch that I have waited for than a month and that now Ill probably have to return.
User's recommendation: not for customer but for the company, to train your delivery drives better , to provide ETAs to customers and to call30 min prior to the customers to notify as we all have things that can be in the way just as the drivers can take longer because of traffic, the customers can also have minor things get in the way for maybe 5min and is not fair or a good service to the customer.

There are reasons why CEVA is the worst shipping company in the US. They are slow, unreliable, irresponsible and unresponsive, to name a few.
I ordered a mobility scooter for my mother, paying over two grand. Ceva supposedly picked it up in Dallas, Ft Worth Texas on the 7th of June 2024. It was supposed to be delivered on the 11th. They changed the delivery date to June 14th.
That day has come and they changed the delivery again to June 19th. Tracking shows it hasn't even reached NC yet and may have not even left Texas.
I can only warn people that if they purchase anything and it's supposed to ship by Ceva, cancel the order right away or contact the seller and ask for a different shipping company. A horse and buggy could do better than Ceva.

- - Lowe's furniture order started in Shippensburg, PA and disappeared after 4 days in Philly.
- - NordicTrack treadmill vanished; CEVA handled delivery.
Incident #2: Lowe's order for outdoor furniture. Started in Shippensburg, PA and bounced around the Philly area for 4 days, now has disappeared.
I can only assume it's stolen and probably being resold.
Incident #1: Bought a treadmill from NordicTrack. CEVA was contracted for delivery.
Surprise, surprise, the first order magically vanished as well.
No doubt they actively recruit thieves in their warehouses. Stay far, far, far away from anyone that uses CEVA for last-mile delivery.

This company has the absolute worst customer service. NO ONE answers the phone. You are left on hold for hours and then, they disconnect you! A disgrace,

Nightmare with Home Depot Hot Tub delivery!

No live person to answer repeated attempted calls. Absolutely no response to multiple online inquirys.
Had explained in beginning of this order with Home Depot, I am disabled veteran and must have help on hand when my purchase arrives. Absolutely no consideration given at all. Once the appointment was finally set for delivery, I was never able to speak with anyone regarding delivery. Time window was given to me 2-6pm on 5/22/24.
Delivery never came until close to 8 pm.
However, driver was very accommodating once he got to my house. He was the only positive from this entire nightmare.

2nd time ordering the same sofa from Amazon. Ceva is the delivery company.
I work all week and by the time I can call them they are closed. I was given a Saturday delivery option for my order and the day before the delivery 20 minutes before they close I get a call asking me to reschedule. I assumed they were calling to let me know to be home. Took off work only to find out Ceva is not even open on weekends and cannot get in touch with anyone.
I had checked my Amazon account everyday for any updates and nothing has been sent to Amazon as far as updates.
Why on earth it couldn't at least be delivered when I was told it was bc my sofa has been sitting in a warehouse in the same town I live in since the end of January. Total nightmare.

No Call No show
Ceva does not even deserve 1 star! I am completely horrified at how unprofessional CEVA services are!!!
A CEVA Supervisor hung up on me. His name is Dennis. CEVA failed to delivery a very large bookcase today. No one called or left a message stating that this could not happen today.
CEVA notes state that I was left a voicemail at 9:22am on December 7th, is complety UNTRUE!!! If I had recieved a VM informing me that the delivery was needing to be rescheduled, then, I could have gone to work today. Since, I did not receive the VM. I not only waited during the 4 hour window, waited ALL DAY for this delivery.
I contacted Amazon at 1pm when my delivery did not happen. Amazon contacted CEVA and was told that CEVA would contact me to make the delivery arrangements today (12/7/2023). I still had not heard from CEVA by 4pm. I called Amazon back.
they called Ceva. After being on hold for about 20 minutes waiting for a rep, All I was told was that an email would be sent out to make other delivery arrangements. No phone call was going to be made to a CEVA employee to make arrangements to make this a priority just a standard email. I understand that the gal that I spoke with was only doing her job and has no authority to take care of issues.
So, I asked to speak with her supervisor.
After a few more minutes Dennis came on the line. He was even worse! CEVA was making no attempt to make this a priortity after I took a day off of work (lost wages). He told me that I received a VM at 9:22.
I DID NOT!!! THIS IS A LIE!!! I asked why the delivery did not occur. I could not answer the question, but then later said that there was an issue with the truck.
I told him that I cannot take another day off of work and wait for another 4 hours for another delivery. He suggested that if I live in a safe neighborhood, that the item would be left at the door. This is 8 foot tall, 10 foot wide bookshelf. This is not something that can just be left outside leaning on the house or on the ground!
Dennis then said that those were my only options. I can get another 4 hour window, or I could have the item left outside. I then suggested that I should get a call when delivery is on the way, or that someone could make a delivery when is suited my schedule. CEVA should do something to make this right!
Dennis continued to be unempathetic or unhelpful, then hung up on my and the Amazon representative. I was completely shocked! The Amazon representative was also shocked. This is some of the WORST Customer service ever.
So here I am, with a total wasted day, a loss of income for the day, and no bookcase.
I have absolutley no idea if or when this item will come. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!
