Ceva Logistics - Non-delivery and non-notification on schedule delivery date
I ordered a large item from Amazon $2500. It was a piece of machinery for my shop I needed to do a large job do next week.
On the Amazon website I ordered the product on September 1 and three days later got a schedule delivery date of September 15 by 8 PM. This time and date came and went with no delivery of the product and no notifications of any correspondence from Ceva. Contacted Amazon Amazon contacted Ceva they had my phone number incorrect and they didn't even have a correct tracking number and didn't know where the product was. I cannot complete the job as scheduled on my end costing me money and still have no idea when Ceva is going to be delivering my product even after talking to their customer service representative.
Frankly, I am surprised that Amazon does business with this company I have never had a negative shipping experience with Amazon until this.
Would give them less than one star if it was possible, again I will never use Amazon for purchasing large items that require any other shipper than FedEx or UPS. Where from here on out I will order directly from the manufacture and if they use ceva I will not be purchasing products from them.
Reason of review: Problem with delivery.
Monetary Loss: $497.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
