Ceva Logistics - Non delivery and lost shipment
I discovered this company is a logistic warehouse and utilizes 3rd party delivery companies. After the registered complaints with BBB and the seller the product was found and delivered although much later than promised. My personal opinion and recommendation is more communication with the seller and buyer that is vetted and be held accountable.
Amazon took charge of the issue and made a lot of calls to track down my order. They delivered it yesterday.
The box was heavily damaged however the product inside seemed to go unscaved. Happy I got delivery but it took a lot of effort by others and filing complaints before action was taken place. This is not a scientific or complex issue.
It's simply a logistics of pickup and deliver. Happy I got my product (Thanks Amazon!) sadden by how much effort it took.
I ordered a bed frame from Amazon. Paid over $1000.00 for it.
Purchased in November 15. First shipment was delayed and eventually lost by CEVA. Amazon reshipped another one December 20 and was promised to be delivered by December 27. Now December 28 and order canโt be found on the docks at CEVA.
Now Amazon will refund me however this shipping company has lost 2000 dollars worth of goods. These are not small items. Large item weighing almost 100lbs each. How do you loose something that large?
I personally believe theft is the issue. You can not call CEVA customer service and reach anyone. They have multiple complaints, BBB has a very negative rating. I donโt know why this company is used by Amazon or why Amazon is allowing any seller to use this logistic company.
Itโs costing the retailer and consumer grief and financial loss.
This company is 100% horrible and should shut itself down from home delivery. They simply canโt do it.
