CEVA Logistics was to deliver my Office Depot purchase to me today between 9am - 3pm today. I received a call at 3:15 informing me that the package "did not make it on the truck" and therefore wouldn't be delivered today.

I'm sure that information was available to CEVA drivers, dispatchers, or office staff prior to 3:15, but no one bothered to inform me. It would've been nice to let me know so my husband didn't have to wait around for the better part of the day for a package that wasn't going to be delivered. They now want me to wait around for them on Saturday!! But guess what??

They are saying the warehouse manager was unable to locate the item. So how can they guarantee delivery tomorrow??? I called the office and the young lady I spoke to was going out to speak with the office manager to ensure he could "lay eyes" on the package and give me a call back. Well...it's been 45 minutes and I haven't heard a word.

So what am I supposed to expect?

This is supposed to be simple! If logistics/product delivery is your business and the one thing you do everyday, why is this so difficult?

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Preferred solution: Price reduction.
