- Poor customer service. Do not pick up for long.
CSRs are non-chalant. - their automated service schedules delivery and CSR simply says "ohh it was automated.. we can do next appoint for 4 days from now." - Escalations are a dream as they promptly gave a supervisor number where no one will pick up.
- Business i ordered with (Costco in my case) also agree they are a problem and they are looking for replacement - Better avoid at all costs.. whats the point of getting a good deal if the order will never get delivered and you'll have to cancel to get your money back.
