I took a day off from work to wait for the delivery and it was a no show, even though the online tracking says "out for delivery".The delivery window as from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, it is already 8:00 PM.

I called twice to 1-844-215-0640 and was on hold three times for an average of 45 minutes each. When I finally got to talk to a person I was told that the driver was calling me around noon, the agent even mentioned that he could see the truck GPS tracking record.

I was glued to my cell phone the whole day, I made sure they call my cell and not my home number , the agent then told me to call the Miami office at 305-863-2635 and gave me a disconnected number!Not recommend at all!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $900.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

I didn't like: Very poor communication and support, And poor transportation, Lack of communication with customer, Delivery windows.
