Very poor customer support service..
I ordered a fireplace from Overstock.com waited about a month for delivery. When the driver arrived he began telling me how he can not bring the item into my house and needed to leave it in my garage. WHATT??? Not everyone has a garage, then he stated that he could not remove the item from the skid so basically the box couldn't be opened. Zero accountability and no regard whatsoever for the promised delivery window. First Item arrived damaged, replacement for which never delivered within the promised delivery window. 9pm, hours after promised delivery, driver calls stating they ran out of gas and were stranded on the highway. I was TERRIFIED with getting a brand new high end 4k TV directly from Sony (also did an exchange) with CEVA based on reviews but our experience with the Baltimore/Crofton/Washington, DC crew was outstanding on more then one occasion. They were on time every time. They could do a little better on real time updates on the tracking website but our delivery drivers were always courteous and helpful, called us in advanced and left the area clean. ... Read more ›
I want to commend CEVA Delivery. I ordered a bigscreen TV from Costco. Was wary, after reading many low rating reviews of CEVA. However, my experience was completely positive. My TV was picked up very quickly from COSTCO warehouse and brought to local facility. I received an e-mail with a proposed delivery for the following week. Ordered a crib from Amazon on July 29th it was shipped waited the time frame for delivery it never came. I contacted Amazon who called CEVA and they couldn't find the crib they lost it! A huge 100lb box but it was lost. So Amazon ordered me a new one for free because the original never made it to me. I've been a motor dealer for 25 years and used Ceva many times. Recently on two ocassions i rang to confirm a booking with my booking number and Ceva would not honour there quote. One quote was 2 days later and the other was 4 days later. What really got me was the last excuse of fuel going up when it had actually dropped. I can only assume this company has no ethics and does not care about there long term customers. I will not be using them... Read more ›
Very poor customer support service..
They refused to pick up my old dishwasher because I scheduled the "Free" pick up after 30 days yet there is nothing on the paperwork that states must b done with in 30 days. Just a typical SOP of a second rate Home Depot sub contractor Thank goodness for Lowe's. I plan on dumping it @ Home Depot just on principal alone.
I ordered a vanity on July 14th which was supposed to be delivered on July 25th, Between 10 and 2. I received a call from this carrier at 10:51 on the 25th telling me that I was not going to receive this vanity. I had the contractor at my house waiting to install the vanity.
