Ceva Logistics - Delivery

2nd time ordering the same sofa from Amazon. Ceva is the delivery company.

I work all week and by the time I can call them they are closed. I was given a Saturday delivery option for my order and the day before the delivery 20 minutes before they close I get a call asking me to reschedule. I assumed they were calling to let me know to be home. Took off work only to find out Ceva is not even open on weekends and cannot get in touch with anyone.

I had checked my Amazon account everyday for any updates and nothing has been sent to Amazon as far as updates.

Why on earth it couldn't at least be delivered when I was told it was bc my sofa has been sitting in a warehouse in the same town I live in since the end of January. Total nightmare.

Ceva does not even deserve 1 star! I am completely horrified at how unprofessional CEVA services are!!!

A CEVA Supervisor hung up on me. His name is Dennis. CEVA failed to delivery a very large bookcase today. No one called or left a message stating that this could not happen today.

CEVA notes state that I was left a voicemail at 9:22am on December 7th, is complety UNTRUE!!! If I had recieved a VM informing me that the delivery was needing to be rescheduled, then, I could have gone to work today. Since, I did not receive the VM. I not only waited during the 4 hour window, waited ALL DAY for this delivery.

I contacted Amazon at 1pm when my delivery did not happen. Amazon contacted CEVA and was told that CEVA would contact me to make the delivery arrangements today (12/7/2023). I still had not heard from CEVA by 4pm. I called Amazon back.

they called Ceva. After being on hold for about 20 minutes waiting for a rep, All I was told was that an email would be sent out to make other delivery arrangements. No phone call was going to be made to a CEVA employee to make arrangements to make this a priority just a standard email. I understand that the gal that I spoke with was only doing her job and has no authority to take care of issues.

So, I asked to speak with her supervisor.

After a few more minutes Dennis came on the line. He was even worse! CEVA was making no attempt to make this a priortity after I took a day off of work (lost wages). He told me that I received a VM at 9:22.

I DID NOT!!! THIS IS A LIE!!! I asked why the delivery did not occur. I could not answer the question, but then later said that there was an issue with the truck.

I told him that I cannot take another day off of work and wait for another 4 hours for another delivery. He suggested that if I live in a safe neighborhood, that the item would be left at the door. This is 8 foot tall, 10 foot wide bookshelf. This is not something that can just be left outside leaning on the house or on the ground!

Dennis then said that those were my only options. I can get another 4 hour window, or I could have the item left outside. I then suggested that I should get a call when delivery is on the way, or that someone could make a delivery when is suited my schedule. CEVA should do something to make this right!

Dennis continued to be unempathetic or unhelpful, then hung up on my and the Amazon representative. I was completely shocked! The Amazon representative was also shocked. This is some of the WORST Customer service ever.

So here I am, with a total wasted day, a loss of income for the day, and no bookcase.

I have absolutley no idea if or when this item will come. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!

No answer, number is not in service at the cooperate office number listed. Was given their number after no one in customer service could help. On line same number. Still receiving calls daily to schedule a delivery that was completed 6 months ago after fighting to get them to come after they continued to reschedule my appointments.

Delivery problems

This company is crap. I set up a delivery window on January 17 from 10am to 2 pm.

At 9:15 am they made an automated call to reschedule. I choose January 18th between 10 and 2 again. They never called or showed. When I called to see where my shipment was I was told ( by automated message) that my date was changed to January 22nd.

I did not change my appointment they took it upon themselves to change it.They have no idea if I am going to be working or not. Im beyond aggravated with this company. There is no way to talk to anyone!

I dont know why HSN continues to use this company! They are not reliable!

No one answers in ANY number you call.

Ive been waiting on a delivery from your company since its was placed back on November 14th. There are no shipping updates and theres been plenty of time for someone to call me regarding this delivery.

iBooMas has said theyve reached out to CEVA several times but they are not telling me if theyve received a reply.

This chair is a Christmas gift for my husband.

This company is full of thieves!!!!!

Somehow my flat screen tv is late and missing a month later. Every single time I call the agents, they look at my account, audibly wince and promise to call me back. Spoiler alert..Ive called a dozen times and no one has ever called me back!!! Speaking of which, no one even called me when TWO delivery windows were missed. I HATE this company with a passion. Theyve received horrible years for a frigging decade. I had no say in using this company. Im here by way of QVC, stuck in basic *** shipping *** Give me my tv you frigging thieves.

Horrific delivery experience.

Driver parked around the corner to hide vehicle/license plate.

Driver asked me for $40 cash if I wanted him to leave the package inside my house. My package was 240lbs, and I did not have $40 in cash.

I offered debit/credit and he said "No, cash only" ...leading me to believe he was scamming me by hiding his vehicle, and accepting only cash. I have since contacted Amazon and they have confirmed with me that this man was scamming me. I had no choice but to ask neighbours for help to bring my $1500 package into my house, and I hurt my back in the process.

This company is satanic. Please do something about this.

Tried to track my order

I paid for overnight delivery for a critical shipment of product my company needs and I can't even track my order. Called customer service # which I had to goggle on line because they don't offer it on the web site. Been on the phone waiting for 25 minutes already and no one picks up the phone. This company is the worst. WILL NEVER SHIP ANYTHING WITH THEM AGAIN!

this company is the worst freight company ever. an 8 day delivery has spent 11 days so far arriving at and remaining at th shipping facility that is at least 2 days away, and I am on my 3rd scheduled delivery date which will surely come and go with no delivery! small window of hope that the tracking is just not updated and it is actually out for delivery, but I doubt it!

I order a package a week ago. I have called multiple times and told the same thing. You will receive a call to schedule delivery around 2pm, Never got a single call. I ordered a 2,000 dollar tv from Walmart and out of every shipping company they use they pick Ceva. Ive even called Walmart and as of now there is nothing they can do.

Delivery

My delivery was set for July 10 Needed the item due to a install of a new kitchen. When I called they indicated that it would be delivered on July 17,however that delivered date would not serve my purpose that the item was ordered. I cancelled the item via Amazon customer service. Still have had no response on the cancellation request. I will not accept the delivery of this delayed item.

Late Delivery & Zero Communication

My company is STILL awaiting a part which was due last week on Thursday. Ceva delivered a small box last Thursday which, supposedly weighed 101#. Driver never questioned his load. After our Whse realized what was happening, the CEVA driver was gone. We're till waiting on the 101# part. It's five days late now and apparently sitting in Orlando since the 28th. Who is running this outfit? If you read the reviews before you consign, find someone else. I wish we had done this before relying on CEVA!

On June 2, 2023, I received a phone call from Ceva moving my delivery date up from the 7th to the 3rd. I cleared my schedule and the next morning got a call saying that they had a driver call in, and needed to reschedule.

Hey, at least they called! We rescheduled for the 9th, between 9AM and 1PM. They never showed. I called at 4PM and was told that they worked until 11PM, and that it was "out for delivery", so I would receive the shipment yet that day.

Nope. I waited around the entire day, no call, no delivery. My calls to Ceva made zero difference.

I have cancelled the $3,500 shipment. To not call is just not acceptable.

Good evening, I write to express my dissatisfaction with the delivery time change, inasmuch as uncertainties happen, I was really looking forward to receiving my parcel (queen bed frame) yesterday as I presumed that enough time was made available from the time of payment to fulfilling the delivery and a follow up mail wasnt communicated not until I had to go through the site to track the package. I will really appreciate it if I can get the right parcel as soon as possible and not all the way to next month. Thank you.
