I ordered a large tv from Amazon, who utilizes Ceva for white glove delivery. I placed my order on June 8th, and scheduled delivery at that time (for June 20th, for Father's Day present). First, the phone rings without end. I was then told that the company had been trying to call me for 2 days. I never rec'd a phone call at all. Then I was told the shipper used a California zip code (I am in NY). Then when I called the 800 number the person hung up. Ordered a couple of chairs. I can see the from the tracking that it has been sitting in a warehouse less than an hour from me for over a week. They called me to tell me that they will deliver next week. I have already been waiting for over a week and the initial delivery date they gave me was one week ago. Ceva called at 5pm the night before my item was supposed to be delivered and said I had to call back by 9pm to confirm. Thanks for the 4 hour window. Some of us have lives and other obligations and can't get to our phones immediately. Delivery ended up getting delayed. Why not make those calls earlier to give people a better chance to respond? My item was set to be delivered Monday morning between 8 and noon. The delivery was then resheduled by CEVA to noon to 4. No show all day. Called and had to leave message. Rescheduled delivery on Tuesday for noon to 4 on Wednesday. CEVA was a no-show all day Wednesday. Wednesday I had to call and reshedule for Thursday 8 to noon. Wish there will be a no star to give, My story starts with a Sony TV that is not working , and weeks later getting a replacement from Sony that needs to be switched with the defected Sony. Placed a large order with Costco on March 30, 2015. Received an email from Ceva with tracking number stating an estimated delivery date of April 6. Waited around all day on April 6, guess what, no delivery. WORST shipping company EVER. They actually deserve negative stars. This is the third time we have received something from this shipping company and I hoped maybe the first two times were a fluke. A delivery was scheduled for 1/19/2015, 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM. Called verified delivery date and time, it was confirmed. Now the lies begin, Tracking System, says that Customer changed and delayed delivery. Then in Transit.. Rescheduled, because of Customer and Truck issue. worked at Ceva the most useless company. Employees are talking on cell phone instead of working. The worst training , no supervision , no competence , no professionalism. #Amazon should drop them fast before they lose all their customers. CEO of Ceva you need to do an #undercoverboss at auburn washington office. The only direction this company is goun is down if there is no change Add comment
