Ordered a large screen tv from an Amazon re-seller. Supposed to be 7 day service. Unit shipped 22 May from Indiana, arrived 03 Jun at LAX. Now, 10 days later, still at LAX. CEVA (through Amazon), missed the original delivery date and did not notify me. I waited 6 hours for that delivery. I then had to call them directly to reschedule, but the 800 number was always busy. I ordered a couch from Amazon and Ceva Logistics was the merchant. The order was placed 11/28/2013 and the delivery was supposed to arrive 12/9/2013. Today is 12/12/2013 and my couch isn't here. Ordered one TV online. estimated delivery date is 12/9. i bought on 11/29. today is 12/10. still didn't receive it. Ordered a TV from amazon, and I was able to select my delivery date and time. Everything was going smoothly had several conformation emails ensuring the product would be delivered in that time slot. When the delivery day came an hour into the delivery window I received a call stating the product wasn't even in this state and they wouldn't receive the product locally for another 3 days. Ordered a sofa. Delivery date was 11/29 between 9-12. Paid my babysitter to come wait for it. CEVA never came, then said amazon never gave them that delivery date. said they don't even have the item and won't until next week. I live in NY and ordered 2 sofas from Overstock - but not at the same time. I tracked my shipment online and saw it was CEVA. I tracked via CEVA's website and saw a description "out for delivery" - but I never received a call from them. Final installment in the CEVA Saga. Instead of the next day, it took 3 days to finally deliver the replacement TV. This time the box didn't have holes in it, it just looked like it had been dropped several times and run over in the warehouse. Ordered a LCD Tv for my dad who is dying. TV was delivered broken. Supplier arranged for comparable replacement to be sent and broken unit picked up. CEVA called me 2 days ahead to confirm delivery.
