A delivery was scheduled for 1/19/2015, 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM. Called verified delivery date and time, it was confirmed. Now the lies begin, Tracking System, says that Customer changed and delayed delivery. Then in Transit.. Rescheduled, because of Customer and Truck issue. Then Rhonda, Customer Service Agent, stated that because a time of delivery is set up does not mean it is on the books... What?... Read more

worked at Ceva the most useless company. Employees are talking on cell phone instead of working. The worst training , no supervision , no competence , no professionalism. #Amazon should drop them fast before they lose all their customers. CEO of Ceva you need to do an #undercoverboss at auburn washington office. The only direction this company is goun is down if there is no change Add comment

Same issue here. I ordered a flat screen tv from Amazon and saw the delivery drivers actually drop the box from my window. How can you do this when the box has handles? You can clearly tell it is a tv from the box. Told them I saw what happened, I wasn't rude. Just told them, I wasn't taking a chance. Had my wrong contact number. So I never received my product. I had to investigate to find out what happened. Once done it 10 calls of complained to Amazon third party reseller to get someone from Ceva to acknowledge they had my product. I think this shipping company steal people's purchases if they do not complain about missing it. Anyway, once I schedule, they never shipped the item that day... Read more

I ordered a large sectional on Overstock.com on November 7th. Phone calls back and forth, apologies that it didn't go out when it was scheduled to; but good news...it had a confirmed delivery date of Wed. 12/10. Ordered an 8 x 4 white board from Amazon Prime, first shipment from ABF was damaged - not CEVAs fault. Refused delivery. Ordered furniture from Costco online. Ceva gave me a delivery date. which they did not keep. This company does not have any customer service skills. Ceva gave me a delivery time of 4 hours and they did not show up nor did they call to reschedule. Made appointment for delivery today between 12-4pm. Took a half day off work so I could be here for delivery. Just got a call that the shipment wasn't put on the delivery truck this morning, so they will have to deliver tomorrow. I HAVE A CAREER I CANNOT KEEP CALLING OFF BECAUSE YPUR COMPANY IS INCOMPETENT.
