I purchased some outdoor furniture, and the vendor used Ceva Logistics for the delivery. According to the Ceva website, the items were picked up by them on May 4, 2016. Ye still waiting on my cars from WA to Qld not out side the quoted period, however that should be easy as they quote 3 weeks ! I have chased but the attitude is its on time so who cares if you want it ASAP ,further they have sent two cars different routs hence one is in Brizy and the other still on its way to Brizy seems they will wait for both to arrive Brizy prior to dispatch Gold Coast why save the costumer money when they can save and make... We ordered a sofa set from Amazon which comes out of NC, guess who the trucker was! CEVA LOGISTICS let the Nightmares begin! A week & half our sofas was in LOs Angeles, yes! Delivery was scheduled and we patiently waited....an waited...never came. I AM RETIRED FROM THE TRUCKING INDUSTRY, SO I KNOW A LITTLE BIT ABOUT IT AND I MUST SAY SO FAR THE SERVICE HAS BEEN GREAT! THE TRACKING WAS EASY AND PRECISE. ONCE MY ITEM WAS IN TOWN THE DELIVERY SCHEDULE WAS A BIT LONGER THAN I WISHED FOR BUT I KNOW THAT THEY HAVE MANY ITEMS COMING IN OUT GOING OUT. Customer service rep was down right rude. Their tracking data was sparse and then became fraudulent, claiming my package was in my city on its due date when it was 160 miles away and not coming for a couple more days. Add comment

The CEVA home delivery service deserves an A+ rating. They were fast, professional, courteous, and delivered my new La-Z-Boy living room set, including a couch, a sofa, a chair, and an ottoman within a week from ordering across three states! Online tracking allowed me to see where the merchandise was at any time after pickup from the warehouse, and the delivery time frame was right on. Item not delivered when scheduled. Very limited delivery times and days. Took 5 hours of calling constantly to connect with someone at the office, also no answering machine. Also right now they are requiring me to write at least 80 words for my complaint. Wow, could I have any kind of reasonably efficient experience with them? Waiting for my shipment for 4 days now. Was supposed to be here on Monday and still not arrived. Been staying home waiting for this for days now. It's a bloody huge heavy gun safe, How the *** can they lose something that size and heavy. Even Amazon cannot get them to locate this item. Why the *** does Amazon use such a useless company in the first place. I am now pissed off at Amazon and will be cancelling my Prime membership. Read more

CEVA Logistics track record with my company falls way short of sub-par. They are completely unreliable when it comes to meeting deadline delivery dates and scheduled delivery dates. Due to low morale in the ranks and poor management oversight at their XDocks, I constantly receive email updates every morning as to why they can not deliver to my facilities or that they are going to be late delivering, then never show up.
