I AM RETIRED FROM THE TRUCKING INDUSTRY, SO I KNOW A LITTLE BIT ABOUT IT AND I MUST SAY SO FAR THE SERVICE HAS BEEN GREAT! THE TRACKING WAS EASY AND PRECISE. ONCE MY ITEM WAS IN TOWN THE DELIVERY SCHEDULE WAS A BIT LONGER THAN I WISHED FOR BUT I KNOW THAT THEY HAVE MANY ITEMS COMING IN OUT GOING OUT. I CALLED AND ASKED IF I COULD PICK IT UP AND THEY WERE GREAT. THEY WANTED TO CHECK TO MAKE SURE ITEM WAS ON HAND RATHER THAN JUST READING THE SCREEN. Customer service rep was down right rude. Their tracking data was sparse and then became fraudulent, claiming my package was in my city on its due date when it was 160 miles away and not coming for a couple more days. Add comment

The CEVA home delivery service deserves an A+ rating. They were fast, professional, courteous, and delivered my new La-Z-Boy living room set, including a couch, a sofa, a chair, and an ottoman within a week from ordering across three states! Online tracking allowed me to see where the merchandise was at any time after pickup from the warehouse, and the delivery time frame was right on. Item not delivered when scheduled. Very limited delivery times and days. Took 5 hours of calling constantly to connect with someone at the office, also no answering machine. Also right now they are requiring me to write at least 80 words for my complaint. Wow, could I have any kind of reasonably efficient experience with them? Guess not, I will just keep writing words to fill the quota here. Lame, annoying, why does costco use them? Getting close... almost there there... OK 80 words!!! Read more

Waiting for my shipment for 4 days now. Was supposed to be here on Monday and still not arrived. Been staying home waiting for this for days now. It's a bloody huge heavy gun safe, How the *** can they lose something that size and heavy. Even Amazon cannot get them to locate this item. Why the *** does Amazon use such a useless company in the first place. I am now pissed off at Amazon and will be cancelling my Prime membership. Read more

CEVA Logistics track record with my company falls way short of sub-par. They are completely unreliable when it comes to meeting deadline delivery dates and scheduled delivery dates. Due to low morale in the ranks and poor management oversight at their XDocks, I constantly receive email updates every morning as to why they can not deliver to my facilities or that they are going to be late delivering, then never show up. March, 2016: We ordered a 3-piece sofa set through Amazon.ca to ship to Toronto, Canada. The 3 pieces were included on 2 separate orders, let's call them Order A and Order B. Obviously, we expected orders A and B to arrive in separate deliveries. We got one piece from A one week, one piece from B the following week, and we never received the third piece, DESPITE that third piece being included as part of Order B. I am a retailer. I ordered over $6 grand worth of specialty shades that arrived very late and the boxes where destroyed. Needless to say, the entire shipment was rejected and a new order had to be placed. Now I'm awaiting the second delivery. Promised delivery dates come and go after waiting hours. Hard to reach someone at customer service who cares. I'll never use them again. Delivery didn't arrive yesterday, as agreed between 10-3pm. Was assured a "first thing in the morning delivery". Had a bed delivered. Waited at home suppose to be delivered between 12 and 4. They show up at 2:45.. Which was ok, But they wouldn't bring my bed in the house. It was 20 degrees and snowing and they wanted to leave it outside! Told me that was standard delivery. When I called customer service they were even more *** , and said I'd have to pay more for them to bring it in. Will make sure that I never ever have any dealings with this company again. Read more
