Had my wrong contact number. So I never received my product. I had to investigate to find out what happened. Once done it 10 calls of complained to Amazon third party reseller to get someone from Ceva to acknowledge they had my product. I ordered a large sectional on Overstock.com on November 7th. Phone calls back and forth, apologies that it didn't go out when it was scheduled to; but good news...it had a confirmed delivery date of Wed. 12/10. Ordered an 8 x 4 white board from Amazon Prime, first shipment from ABF was damaged - not CEVAs fault. Refused delivery. Second shipment by CEVA Logistics, they completely blew my first delivery window, and I scheduled a second delivery today for between Noon and 3 pm. 3 pm arrives, no shipment. Ordered furniture from Costco online. Ceva gave me a delivery date. which they did not keep. This company does not have any customer service skills. Ceva gave me a delivery time of 4 hours and they did not show up nor did they call to reschedule. Made appointment for delivery today between 12-4pm. Took a half day off work so I could be here for delivery. Just got a call that the shipment wasn't put on the delivery truck this morning, so they will have to deliver tomorrow. I HAVE A CAREER I CANNOT KEEP CALLING OFF BECAUSE YPUR COMPANY IS INCOMPETENT. Delivery was scheduled for today 9am-1pm. I waited. Waited. Finally a message at 1pm that there was a mistake, item not on truck. Call to reschedule. I was told 4 different times that my coffee table would be delivered. Each time they gave me a 4 hour window. Everytime, they did not show up nor call.
